How can I stop myself from cutting?
I feel the urge to cut myself again, and I really want to get out of this habit. I know it won’t be easy because I’ve been doing it for about three years now, but I’m determined to quit before it’s too late. What are some heathy alternatives that can help me prevent this from happening?

So i miraculously didn’t fuck up at auditions and was lucky enough to get a call back for the school musical, Fame! I was so surprised! I mean there is tons of talent in my high school and I am so blessed that I was able to preform one more time because I felt that I wasn’t singing up to my potential at auditions.
